Client Services Administrator


I provide support to Simon Brown to deliver a professional, efficient and high quality service to our clients. My role at BpH involves running the annual review process, collating agendas, obtaining pre review information, updating cash flow information and total client profile mind maps, risk profile reports and post meeting actions. I also deal with the processing of new business applications. My role is further evolving into research and report writing which I am really enjoying.


I graduated with a 2:1 Honours Degree in BA Financial Services and went on to graduating a second time with a Distinction in MSc International Banking and Finance. Having completed the Certificate in Financial Services and the Certificate in Life and Pensions, I am currently expanding on my knowledge and am a few exams away from completing the Diploma in Financial Planning. My longer term goal is to become a Chartered Financial Planner.


Spending time socialising with family and friends, baking, cooking and going to the theatre.
